Bride's Altered Vintage Suitcase

Our oldest daughter is getting married in August. She wants an eclectic, home made, cozy, hand crafted
wedding. I'm delighted to oblige.

Since she doesn't read this blog, I have liberty to show off a gift I made for her. I found a smallish
suitcase and smothered it in old lace, tidbits, and vintage sheet music.

Should I fill it with bawdy/racy/naughty to make good pillow talk and sheet music? Or dainty/elegant stationary supplies?

This was a gratifying project. I  left traces of my heart and soul between each successive layer of mod podge. They don't call it soul glue for nothing.

She will take on the Nichols name. She loves Doris Day, daisies, music, and words. It is a custom made
gift with her in mind. I hope she likes it.
